About the RoleA Product Manager at Envoy is charged with influencing, inspiring, and leading teams to build products and features customers use and love while contributing positively to Envoy's business. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our platform that serves both internal teams and external customers and partners. The platform is at the core of interfacing our Envoy products with various hardware and software products and systems within the productivity, workplace, and facilities ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of our customers, partners, and business.
This role focuses on our developer users. They integrate hundreds of third party tools into Envoy to do things we haven’t even imagined. Some of today’s use cases include unlocking doors remotely, integrated temperature check sensors and managing wifi systems.
They use best in class APIs, webhooks, SDKs to interconnect our products to the world. They care about JSON versus GraphQL, performance and clear documentation and being able to do powerful things with Envoy that we haven’t even dreamed up yet. This role will lead the APIs and tools we develop for developers, and build a healthy ecosystem of innovations on the Envoy platform.
This role also supports our business for large multinational customers who operate with dozens of different tools they integrate into the Envoy platform. Beyond that, this role helps our systems scale and our products be used in millions more workplaces, with new and interesting innovations in smart office spaces, data platforms, and supporting in-office presence capabilities.
This is a hybrid position that requires at least 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
You WillProduct Sense and Strategy
Defines and owns the entire platform roadmap; setting and delivering against OKRs and KPIs in support of company goals.
Works with the CPO to define the platform strategy. Deeply understands the customer and ecosystem landscape, synthesizing inputs across research, customers, and partners to identify opportunities and unlock growth.
Effective at prioritizing and balancing longer-range opportunities and risks with near-term execution focus.
Product Execution
Lead the development and maintenance of SDKs, APIs, and other developer tools, ensuring they are well-documented, easy to use, and aligned with industry best practices.
Collaborate with external partners, third-party developers, and developer communities to foster collaboration and drive ecosystem growth.
Owns delivery and stewardship for the product and platform, representing all of our target customers and geographies.
Will effectively manage stakeholder communication across the go-to-market organization and the entire company.
Will work effectively with Product Marketing leadership to collaboratively define and execute go to market strategies.
Oversee the integration of the platform with various hardware and software products and systems within the workplace and facilities ecosystem.
Ensure seamless interoperability between the platform and third-party solutions, optimizing performance and user experience.
Identify and address technical challenges related to integration, scalability, and security.

You Have
5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS platforms, workplace technology, or facilities management.
Software engineering experience.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex software products that interface with hardware and software systems.
Proven ability to navigate complex, technical, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Experience working on or closely with a product development team, including knowledge of Agile software development processes.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
