We’re looking to add a Senior Risk & Compliance Recruiter to our team.As the main hiring partner to several key leaders across the business, you’ll own the recruiting funnel for a significant part of the company and have a huge impact on scaling Mercury. You will tackle niche, complex searches by employing strategic and innovative sourcing techniques.Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s values, brand, and productWork closely with managers and interviewers to build high-performing, diverse teamsMake a friendly first impression on candidates and act as the embodiment of our cultural valuesRun a recruiting pipeline end to end, with an emphasis on engaging passive candidatesIdentify and engage top talent and provide an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting funnelGuide hiring managers and interviewers towards unbiased decisions on candidatesStay up to date on company priorities and updatesMonitor pipeline performance and share metrics with team membersChampion diversity and inclusion initiativesExperiment with new recruiting channels and analyze their effectivenessThink of ways to improve and scale recruiting processesWelcome new hires and assist them during onboardingQualifications:

Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceDeep experience recruiting for niche business roles, ideally within Risk & ComplianceExperience influencing and partnering with multiple executive stakeholdersExpertise in sourcing and engaging passive talentStrong empathy and intuitionClear and precise communication skillsCommitment to building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teamsAbility to automate recruiting processesExperience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Covey, Gem, or similarStrong organizational skills to manage multiple tasksCreativity in problem-solving within constraintsThe total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using reliable compensation survey data. New hire offers are based on experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity.Salary Ranges:

US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $169,000 - $198,800US employees outside of these cities: $152,100 - 178,900Canadian employees: CAD 153,800 - 180,900
