Retirement Unlimited is seeking a Director of Sales and Community Relations to join the team! The comfort and care of our residents is our highest priority. We are a company dedicated to quality and built on a strong foundation of family, community, long-term commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit.The Director of Sales and Community Relations is responsible for acquiring occupancy/census goals through marketing and sales activities such as telemarketing, tours, regular follow-up, developing referral sources, and maintaining a viable waiting list of applicants qualified to move to the community.Key Responsibilities:Accurately track all sales and marketing activity and report sales activity weekly/monthly to the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications.Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database for all prospects, professionals, and responsible parties (families) including follow-up procedures such as calls, emails, tours, etc.Maintain a viable wait list of qualified potential residents.Conduct tours of the community.Maintain a complete understanding of RUI deposits and lease procedures and effectively communicate procedures to prospective residents and their families.Create, maintain, and build relationships with viable referral sources through visits, events both internal and external, and other means of communication.Strive to achieve RUI census goals (% Occupancy, Move-Ins, and Community Fees).Responsible for the development and maintenance of the community marketing plan including events, advertising, social media, and the budget allocation for prospects and families as well as referral sources.What can RUI offer you?Pleasant Teamwork EnvironmentHands-On Immersive Training and Learning experiencesResort-style CommunitySupportive Corporate TeamMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Pet insuranceTuition Reimbursement and College PartnershipsReferral Bonus Program401K with company matchFree Meal DailyCompetitive WagesMany Opportunities for Growth and DevelopmentBeing an RUI team member means having the opportunity to be something more than an employee.
