Boone Health is on the hunt for an exceptional Director of Case Management to join their dynamic team in sunny Missouri!The PositionThe Director of Case Management will provide strategic, operational, and administrative oversight to the Case Management, Social Services and Utilization Review Department for the system.Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, this leader will oversee a team of approximately 18 FTEs.This leader will focus on enhancing length of stay metrics and streamlining discharge planning processes.Ideal candidates will be seasoned leaders who possess a robust blend of firmness and flexibility.
