Requirements include:Demonstrated experience as a Digital Product Manager in a complex enterprise organization.Experience working with a variety of digital solutions.Comfort with ambiguity and proactively defining a user challenge.Demonstrated ability to break-down, evaluate, and prioritize complex problems into their component parts.Success leading complex operational and technology deployments across end-users.Quantitative aptitude and ability to identify value drivers for digital efforts and build business cases.Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship building.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across stakeholders and functions.Strongly preferred:We are first and foremost seeking those with product or related experience, regardless of industry, who want to address some of the toughest and most long-standing challenges in healthcare, the largest sector of the US economy.
