This position plays a key role in ensuring employees arrive at work on time and are ready to provide exceptional service.

$16.00 - $18.00 This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:Safely transport employees to and from the resort using designated shuttle vehicles, adhering to scheduled routes and times.Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues to the Transportation Manager.Assist employees with boarding and exiting the shuttle, providing support with luggage or other items as needed.Maintain accurate records of daily routes, passenger counts, and any incidents or delays.Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of all passengers.Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing any concerns or inquiries courteously and professionally.Communicate effectively with your manager regarding scheduling, route changes, or any other relevant information.Assist with other transportation-related tasks as needed, such as special event transportation or vehicle maintenance.Follow all resort policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on safety protocols and operational procedures.

Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications and Skills:Valid drivers license with a clean driving recordPrevious experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar transportation role is preferred.Strong knowledge of traffic laws and vehicle maintenance.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to safety and punctuality.Ability to handle the physical demands of the job and performing vehicle inspections.Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Compensation Range:The compensation for this position is $16.00/Hr. - $18.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
