Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!What you get to do:Assist in satisfying the visual display needs of all Merchandise business unitsImplement plans for creating visual displays, utilizing carpenter and craftsman skillsDeliver and install any display fixtures, displays, or props as needed at Merchandise locationsMaintain the visual displays to include overhead displays, display cases and windows, feature and outside displays throughout the Merchandise locationsAssist at store sets and remerchandising per corporate and department merchandising standardsProvide exceptional guest service by greeting and interacting with guests, answering questions and resolving guest issuesAssist guests with product information with a focus on up-selling merchandise and increasing salesEnsure that all merchandise is properly and accurately price markedTake regular and special inventory counts, in an accurate and timely manner, as neededMake a continuing and diligent effort to minimize the loss of company property and/or merchandise due to internal or external damage or theftMonitor merchandise levels, notify leadership of inventory needs throughout day and participate in physical inventoryFollow department loss prevention proceduresPerform stock duties and maintain merchandise counters and displays in a clean, neat, and orderly mannerKeep all assigned areas clean, including emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, and dustingPerform other duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed:Must be at least 18 years of age1 year of visual merchandising experienceValid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s licenseBasic carpentry skills to include painting, basic building and repairs, fixture and prop assemblyVisual merchandising skills to include:Knowledge of fixtures and signage requirements to ensure brand messaging while ensuring maximum profitabilitySuccessful implementation and execution of seasonal and specific planogramsInventory managementAbility to climbStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to provide exceptional guest serviceAbility to complete and pass all training for Merchandise departmentAbility to stand for entire shiftAbility to lift up to 60 poundsAbility to push/pull up to 60 poundsAbility to work independently with little to no supervisionComfortable with completing all cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicalsAbility to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditionsAvailable to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidaysCompensation:
