Phillips Edison's operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.What you'll do:

The Information Technology Intern will report to the Manager of IT Enterprise Applications and work with other IT team members in person in our Cincinnati, OH office.Act as development resource, Enterprise Application Team to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications, reports and system integrations (60%)Assist in the collection and documentation of business requirements, development of user stories, time / cost estimates and project plans (20%)Provide third-level application support to organization business users.(20%)What you'll learn:

Throughout the internship term this role provides the student with the following:Apply knowledge of software engineering practices (e.g. source control, problem tracking, design principles, etc.)Ability to work with different technology stacksLearn the IT processes and systems .Learn or further develop the process of documenting work performed on projects and communicating effectively with supervisors and company personnelFurther develop skills required to interact with other professionals at varying levels of the companyFurther develop time management skills and the ability to be responsible for more than one project at a timeWhat we're looking for:

A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program studying Computer Science, Information Systems or another business-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team (as needed)Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at onceWhy PECO?
