YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!The Housing Relationships & Partnerships Manager contributes to AHF by being the in-house focal point and keeping up-to-date with applicable housing regulations, resources, programs, policies, and referral relationships for the Division. This role will work directly with various HHF Property Managers, tenants, people seeking housing, or other points of contact to create a robust system of housing for those who are eligible for AHF’s housing properties.

The Housing Relationships & Partnerships Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by helping co-develop policies and practices that can change the housing crisis in the United States for the better. This role adds consistent value to AHF’s Healthy Housing Programs by contributing to the arena of housing and serving as a liaison to help those that qualify get into available HHF properties.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as the Housing Relationships & Partnerships Manager, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF, we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Housing Relationships & Partnerships Manager will work as part of a close-knit team to bring hands-on experience and grow the knowledge bank in multiple areas, such as Case Management Programs, Comprehensive Housing Resources, Grants, HOPWA, Mental Health Patients, Section 8, and Rapid Rehousing.
