Mid Cities Psychiatry in Euless, TX is seeking a full-time TMS Counselor to provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for Major Depressive Disorder, an advanced treatment option. Supervised by a Board Certified Psychiatrist, this role entails managing financial consultations, coordinating patient education, and developing referral networks both within the clinic and with local medical providers. The counselor will work closely with the medical referring providers to evaluate TMS candidates and engage in regular business and clinical discussions.Key Responsibilities:Building insurance cases and securing pre-authorizations.Scheduling peer-to-peer meetings and drafting appeals.Overseeing patient scheduling, follow-ups, and payments.Minimum Qualifications:At least 2 years of clinical experience (REQUIRED).Experience with both government and commercial health insurance.At least 2 years of marketing or networking experience.At least 2 years' experience with EMR/EHR systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and basic data management software.Excellent organizational skills with innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and a positive attitude.Ability to explain and administer procedures to patients.Professional conduct with patients, visitors, and the public.Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.Adherence to established treatment and office protocols.High attention to detail.Capable of managing referral reporting and marketing efforts.Experience working with TMS trainers and support services.Must have own transportation and be willing to travel within a specified area.Bilingual candidates preferred.Salary:
