GoTo is actively searching for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing fully-integrated campaigns to drive marketing-generated revenue for our all-in-one IT management and support solution, GoTo Resolve. You will play a central role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life from strategy to execution to optimization, with a special focus on promoting GoTo Resolve to Managed Service Providers (MSPs).Your Day to DayCollaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to understand our target personas, product features, and product roadmap, identifying untapped opportunities for Marketing to support GoTo Resolve’s revenue targets.Develop a marketing plan for GoTo Resolve (focusing on new customer acquisition from MSPs) and partner with Marketing Leadership to prioritize campaigns throughout the year based on their estimated impact.Define new campaign strategies, including the goal, audience, message, content, channel mix, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign.Write campaign briefs that inspire the cross-functional team (e.g., Brand & Creative, Marketing Automation, Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, Web, Agency Partners) to deliver compelling creative concepts, assemble innovative tactical plans, craft effective content assets, and meet campaign objectives.Provide constructive feedback on campaign creative, ensuring new deliverables speak to the target audience and adhere to channel best practices, while partnering with international teammates to adapt your approach for global execution.Develop and maintain documentation on the buyer journey, ensuring marketing tactics are performing at/above benchmark at each funnel stage (i.e., Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Purchase).Partner with Marketing Analytics to establish performance metrics and measurement cadences for each campaign, recommending optimizations and strategic shifts as appropriate.What We’re Looking For5-7+ years general marketing experience (B2B experience preferred) with 4+ years in Campaigns, Demand Generation, Integrated Marketing, or Partner Marketing.Experience with owning and delivering a marketing-generated revenue target.Experience with promoting IT products to MSPs.Strong understanding of campaign strategy, including audience definition, messaging and content development, journey mapping, budgeting, forecasting, and measurement.Understanding of Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo.At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
