Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).Essential Functions
Ability to complete all essential functions of Warehouse Associate position.Leading a group of shipping and receiving team members.Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers.Communicate instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse.Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded.Prepare documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice).Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time collection and/or loading of the finished product.Review operator and carrier line data in Tracking Platform.Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.Communicate any deviation, problem and/or abnormality with the equipment, processes, and products.Perform any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe as requested by a team member’s manager or supervisor.“Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Minimum Qualifications:4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.4 Years – Experience in Position.4 Years – Experience managing people/projects.*Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.No traveling is required for this position.Preferred Qualifications:6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.6 Years – Experience working in Position.6 Years – Experience managing people/projects.*Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle.Intermediate Knowledge of storage systems.Good verbal and written communication.Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.Ability to resolve conflicts.Ability to analyze information.Education
