In this pivotal role, you'll bring your vision and technical acumen to drive the growth of our front-end engineering team and shape the user experience of our platform. Lead the front-end development of the next generation of our Platform, maintaining a balance of high-quality user experience and performance. Act as a key problem-solver for complex front-end technical challenges, leveraging a deep understanding of React and modern front-end engineering principles to guide the team toward effective solutions. Deep collaboration with architects to design and implement the next generation of our Platform.Collaboration and Solutions Architect:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, playing a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions. Champion security measures, proactively identifying and resolving potential vulnerabilities to protect user data.Mentorship and Innovation:
Mentor and inspire engineers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation. Drive continuous improvement through code reviews and staying updated with industry best practices.Product Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers and designers to translate diverse user needs into elegant and efficient solutions.Experience and Decision-making:
Utilize over 8 years of professional software engineering experience to make critical decisions and guide the team towards success. Contribute a seasoned perspective to projects, leveraging extensive expertise.The Experience You’ll Need:Experience : 8-10+ years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer, specializing in cloud-based solutions and React/TypeScript development. The base salary offered is determined by several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications or professional licenses, and geographic location where the job will be performed. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include any bonus, equity, or benefits. Total compensation package also includes performance bonus and stock options.
