OverviewThe Senior Product Manager is a pivotal leader in product delivery, specializing in pinpointing key issues, developing and testing hypotheses related to these key issues, and methodically implementing solutions that provide continuous improvement and innovation to help Aveanna Healthcare reach their strategic objectives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, home healthcare expertise, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a deep understanding of stakeholder objectives to drive delivery of outcomes for Aveanna Healthcare.This position will work with stakeholders to define and create outcomes by:Identifying and understanding existing Aveanna enterprise solutions.Identifying methodologies and solutions to solve problems and reach objectives.Creating documentation that supports the direction and proposed solution.Gathering data metrics that support the value and prioritization of each defined business problem.Working closely with the Enterprise Product Engineering team on the execution of the Product Delivery Process.Commercializing updates that provide continuous improvement and innovation to business leaders and stakeholders as they are ready for market.Creating a constantly iterating stream of continuous improvement and innovation through defining problems to be solved, creating and validating assumptions, and executing solutions.Essential Job FunctionsExecute deep levels of external research to find solutions in the market that solve problems.Connect with end users to understand problems to be solved, and relate the problems to be solved with Aveanna objectives.Creation of problem statements that define an entity’s desired objective, existing state and impact to the existing state on the desired objective.Creation and validation of multi-layered assumptions as they pertain to problems to be solved.Definition of real-world data metrics that define success.Review of real-world data metrics to determine if success is occurring.Creation and translation of Aveanna Healthcare strategic initiatives into iterative requirements for execution.Communication and execution of a change in strategic direction when the expected performance is not obtained in the time allotted.RequirementsBA or BS degree (or equivalent experience)5 years Product Management experience3 years experience in the Healthcare IndustryProficient in Atlassian products such as Confluence and JiraProficient in Figma Design Files and FigJam BoardsExperience with Integration FrameworksKnowledge of SQL and MySQLProficient in Postman and/or InsomniaProficient in CI/CD Pipeline conceptsPreferencesExperience working with Revenue Cycle ManagementExperience working with Finance and AccountingExperience working with PayrollExperience working with Object Oriented Programming conceptsOther Skills/AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelMust be able to adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all timesAbility to remain calm and professional in stressful situationsAttention to detailEffective Time ManagementStrong commitment to excellenceEffective problem-solving and conflict resolutionExcellent organization and communication skillsQuick-thinking and astute decision-making skillsSolid understanding of Product Development and Product ManagementPhysical DemandsMust be able to speak, write, read, and understand EnglishOccasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of up to 25 poundsProlonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twistingMust be able to sit and climb stairsMust have visual and hearing acuityEnvironmentPerforms duties in an office environment during agency operating hours.
