The Finance Analyst will assist the manager in planning, reporting and analysis for all Point of Sales (POS) investments within RBNA and all the indirect budget for the HQ Sales team. You will work with all Sales departments, Trade Marketing, Operations teams and with all organization levels to deliver insights and solutions to the RBNA POS and HQ Sales indirect budget. You will also assist in the consolidated reporting for the RBNA Trade Marketing (POS) P&L Area. We ask that you have daily administration of multiple planning and analysis applications that help ensure financial transparency and inform the strategic decision-making of executive management. You will act as a business partner for the sales department and will perform analysis and provide recommendations to the manager of Trade Finance.Job Description

MONTH END CLOSINGVerify the proper cut-off and the appropriate expense recognition.Verify that all monthly ordering process activities have been properly finalized.Coordinate the monthly accrual process to ensure adequate expense recognition and determine any budget risks.Reconcile systems (SAP/BI/Hyperion/POS Ordering tool).Calculate timing accruals where needed.Review overall national POS investments to ensure compliance with controlling guidelines.REPORTING & ANALYSISSupport the Manager of Finance in preparation and continuous development of the management reporting package.Prepare and distribute a detailed monthly report including comments at customer hierarchy level using SAP, BI and Hyperion for each budget owner.Report actual figures versus latest plan with full and detailed analysis of results and high-quality reporting to business owners.Manage all financial risks which are identifiable in monthly trends and which require management action.Produce a monthly Capex and Depreciation forecast simulation to identify any risks towards our POS budget.Calculate/report the major KPIs (e.g. inventory value, inventory provision, slow moving inventory risk, etc.).PLANNING & FORECASTINGCoordinate the Business Plan/Revised Estimate data collection and data entry.Coordinate timings and input needed during the budget process.Aggregate/consolidate the individual plans to a total plan.Support and challenge the budget owners during the planning process.Prepare year-to-go best estimates to avoid risk as much as possible.Assist the manager of Trade finance in managing any variances to the agreed upon BP targets.BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPBe a contact for the business owners and challenge them when necessary.Work with various contacts, maintain a service mentality, but also challenge them, ask questions, give suggestions and insights.Support the budget owners in managing inventory availability and potential redeployment of funds.Work with the business to evaluate POS spend and its effectiveness.Support the Business Managers in budget reallocations and ensure overall budget adherence.Evaluate new product developments and their impact on financials.Prepare scenarios and simulations with input from the budget owners and model the impact.Perform ad hoc calculations and insights to drive performance with the business.Qualifications

2-4 years’ experience in a Finance role.University degree in Business/Accounting/Finance.Proficient in Microsoft Suite.Familiarity with SAP R/3, SAP BI, and Hyperion preferred.Deliver results on time, accurately, and successfully.Highly analytical and detail-oriented.Proficient in quickly identifying and analyzing risks & impacts and ability to define alternatives.A structured and well-organized individual.Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $77,900 to $86,100 + cash incentives. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
