Role Description

Be a key contributor to the strategy, design, and management of the enterprise IAM programAct as the Team Lead for IGA and PAM functions within the broader IAM organizationServe as the Technical Product Owner for SailPoint IdentityNowServe as the Technical Product Owner for various PAM solutionsDesign IAM processes and identify opportunities for improvementsIntegrate target systems to achieve identity lifecycle, provisioning, certification, federation, password management, and reporting capabilitiesEngineer technical configuration changes to deployed solutionsProvide IAM subject matter expertise in a variety of technical and non-technical settingsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks related to IAM controlsForm collaborative relationships with IT and Business stakeholders by listening, clarifying, and responding thoughtfully and courteouslyAct with integrity and support the Client mission, vision, strategy, and valuesEducation and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline5+ years of experience managing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions5+ years of experience managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions2+ years of experience designing, engineering, and managing SaaS IGA solutions, specifically SailPoint IdentityNowRelevant industry certifications preferred (e.g. CIAM, CISSP, CISA, ITIL, etc.)Knowledge / Skills

Deep expertise in IGA and PAM architecture, configuration, and supportExtensive knowledge of IAM principles and conceptsStrong knowledge of APIs and web services integrationsUnderstanding of HR processes and identity lifecycle events (joiner-mover-leaver)Familiarity with various compliance standards and control frameworks (e.g. PCI, JSOX, NIST)Solid business acumen; understands how IAM supports business objectivesThinks strategically and possesses strong analytical capabilitiesWorks well on a team but can also work with minimal supervisionCollaborates and works effectively with othersSelf-starter, with intellectual curiosity and a desire to improveComfortable dealing with ambiguity and working through changeStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to interact with various levels within the organization, from Analysts to ExecutivesPreferred
