Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 20+ BCBAs and RBTs
Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Review RBT data, session notes, and provide feedback and support
Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journey
Lead staff interview process
Lead monthly all team meeting, reviewing center and clinical needs
Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff
Requirements:
Master’s Degree
Actively registered as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience in clinical/center based setting highly valued
Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued
Preferred Skills:
Dedication to clinical excellence
A strong leader who can handle stressful situations with calm and patience
Compassionate with a high EQ
Strong collaboration capabilities with other clinicians, leadership and parent/caregivers
Experience with Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ESDM or PRT
