I can succeed as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist at Capital Group.As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist in our Wealth Management (WM) Client Group, you will drive and execute strategies that enhance the effectiveness of our salesforce across key initiatives. You will lead the coordination and development of sales initiatives across cross-functional teams from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the voice of sales and salesforce needs are considered and incorporated in the development and execution of the WM business plan. Your strengths include managing ambiguity while navigating evolving circumstances.I am the person Capital Group is looking for.Drive and participate in the business planning process, ensuring projects and initiatives are aligned to and achieving business goals while taking the lead on agenda setting, meeting coordination, and follow-ups across the operation.Create best-in-class execution plans, meeting materials, and sales messaging plans that align with compliance and regulatory guidelines.Collaborate with key partners across Sales Leadership, Marketing, and other key business stakeholders to synthesize information and enable effective decision-making, productivity, and engagement.Bring a continuous improvement mindset to realize evolving operational effectiveness and efficiency.Possess a strong foundation in financial principles and understanding of investment strategies at Capital Group.Experience maintaining goal alignment, prioritizing multiple stakeholders, and overcoming objections.Ideally have knowledge of Wealth Management sales tools and resources including Salesforce.com, Americanfunds.com, Seismic, etc.Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $103,977-$166,363In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions, and vesting requirements, you will also be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus, plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.You can learn more about our compensation and benefits here.Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above-mentioned compensation and benefit plans.We are an equal opportunity employer, which means we comply with all federal, state, and local laws that prohibit discrimination when making all decisions about employment.
