The position works closely with Change Leaders, Project Managers, L&D Managers, and Business Leaders to ensure effective delivery against strategic objectives within Supply Chain. This position is responsible for providing thought leadership and ensuring the development of effective learning plans for transformation, leveraging learning technologies that aid skill and capability building required for high-priority initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnable leadership development and capability building to support Supply Chain TransformationManage and organize GSC training initiatives, ensuring learning programs are audience appropriate, on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.Collaborate with Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to determine appropriate instructional methods based upon identified training needs, the skills and needs of the audience, and the effectiveness of each instructional technique.Develop high-quality learning program materials for a variety of learning needs with emphasis on digital and virtual training methods to accommodate the global workforce.Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of learning programs and make modifications accordingly. Solicit regular feedback on learning programs.Collaborate with T&D Managers and Learning colleagues to create and deploy communication strategies for learning and development programs.Provide leadership and governance for leveraging learning technologies that aid skill and capability building required for high-priority transformational initiatives.Thought leadership for learning system use and learning plan development to support global transformation initiatives in partnership with OE and L&D COEs.Align synergies across various functional programs.Thought leadership for interconnectivity with other Learning Management System platforms in partnership with OE and L&D COEs.Own the governance for Red Zone Learning implementation and adoption globally.Drive implementation and adoption of JTE Tools through the creation of e-learning programs and instructor-led learning content that brings the concepts of JTE to life.Partner with the Global JTE COE to understand the prioritized order for implementing JTE Tools.Create and deliver learning content for JTE Tools.Support the delivery of the full change management lifecycle through training and reinforcement plans for high priority transformational initiatives.Acts as trusted thought leader to Managers responsible for leading and/or engaging in major transformation initiatives.Give guidance and counsel through change management lifecycle and business readiness planning.Supports execution of agreed priorities and delivers insights productively.Utilizes data and KPI’s for measurement and tracking, proactively identifying risks/issues/gaps and maps mitigation strategies.Identify patterns of behavior in organizations and develop solutions to increase their effectiveness during transformation change initiatives.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree or equivalent, in Business, HR, supply chain or related field.7 years of business experience across multiple disciplines including experience in learning and development.Demonstrated program management and/or project management.Demonstrated ability to navigate through learning management systems, highlighting a high degree of systems acumen.Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory, Learning and Development best practices.Demonstrated experience operating in a global environment, with understanding to different cultural norms and ways of working.Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams to deliver results.Strong collaboration and partnering skills.Ability to be flexible and agile and pivot to changing business priorities.Ability to navigate through highly matrixed work environment to achieve business outcomes.Ability to analyze complex problems to identify and correct root causes with minimum supervision.Ability to self-manage and operate independently in environments that may not be black and white.Operates as a continuous learner, proactively asking questions, challenges status quo and making recommendations for improvement.#LI-SZ1McCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
