AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain (WTSC) Strategy Team focuses on collaborative problem-solving, strategic analysis, and analytical support to directly impact billions of dollars of AT&T’s cost structure and future investments, while driving best-in-class practices across AT&T’s vast supply chain and wireline networks.Our Senior Strategy Consultants work in small teams to support and lead projects and craft actionable, innovative recommendations for AT&T’s senior leadership. You’ll analyze the impact of industry trends, emerging technologies, macroeconomic & competitive factors, and third-party supplier spend & engagement.You’ll provide:Thought leadership and strategic analysis on fast-paced, complex opportunities and challenges facing AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain organizationFact-based negotiation support, including industry analytics, competitive event strategy, and “should cost” negotiation benchmarkingBest-in-class market intelligence including M&A monitoring, supplier financial health assessments, and supply chain visibility to best position AT&T for successCreative, strategic solutions to drive meaningful transformation for AT&T’s operations and cost structureWe’ve found that successful candidates on our team are motivated and analytical-minded self-leaders and bring intellectual curiosity and a creative spirit to each project they own.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience with management consulting, analytics, strategy, or other related experienceStrategic mindset and strong analytical skillsAbility to provide structured thinking to deconstruct complex problems and help advance strategic initiatives with data-driven solutionsAbility to work with multiple sources of data to develop financial and operational modelsStrong communication (both oral and written) skills and presentation skillsEffective leadership and teamwork skills working with cross-functional teamsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and intellectual curiosityAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or another highly strategic/analytical role; ideally with exposure to the telecommunications or technology industriesBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Supply Chain related fieldBackground in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or another highly strategic/analytical role; ideally with exposure to the telecommunications or technology industriesExposure to software, mechanical, and electrical engineering conceptsMBAThis position is located in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA. Sponsorship assistance is not available.Our Senior Consultant - Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain Strategy earns in Dallas between: $118,800 - $178,200 USD and in Atlanta between: $106,100 - $159,100 USD, along with all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
