Your recipe for success:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience successfully working in a high-volume pastry production, banquet production kitchen (or similar environment).Desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.Passion for baking with a keen eye for freshness, quality and cleanliness.An appetite for learning (and delicious pastries).Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Weekend availability is a must. Shifts range from early morning to early afternoon start times.Familiarity working with large planetary and spiral mixers and comfortable mixing large batches of doughs multiple times a day.Able to work independently and with a team.Working Conditions / Essential Functions and Skills Requirements:Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per production shift/day.Ability to kneel, grasp, and lift/carry/manipulate up to lift 50lbs regularly.Consistent and reliable attendance.Must be available to work day and late afternoons during the week, weekend, and holidays, as needed.Position Requirements:Ability or a willingness to learn to operate bakery manufacturing equipment such as deck ovens, proofers, rack ovens, fryers, etc.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume production bakery.Maintains the highest standards of product quality.Communicates professionally, both in writing and verbally, with all bakery clients.Other Preferred Skills:Previous experience working in baking or a food manufacturing environment.Prior experience in a high-volume production facility.Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices.Fluency in Spanish and English.Competitive Pay:

$18-$20+/hour, depending on experience.
