As a Head & Neck Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing specialized care for patients with disorders and diseases affecting the head and neck region. Working in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team of physicians and healthcare professionals, you will deliver comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions such as head and neck cancers, thyroid disorders, salivary gland diseases, and other complex otolaryngologic conditions.Key Responsibilities:Perform surgical procedures on patients with head and neck disorders, including but not limited to:

Head and neck cancer resectionsThyroidectomiesParathyroidectomiesNeck dissectionsSalivary gland surgeries

Evaluate patients presenting with head and neck symptoms, conduct thorough examinations, order diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.Collaborate with oncologists, radiation therapists, radiologists, and other specialists to provide multidisciplinary care for patients with head and neck cancers.Participate in tumor board meetings and case conferences to discuss complex cases and develop optimal treatment strategies.Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care instructions.Stay updated on the latest advancements in head and neck surgery through continued medical education and participation in conferences and seminars.Contribute to research initiatives and clinical trials aimed at improving patient outcomes and advancing the field of head and neck surgery.Qualifications:Medical degree from an accredited medical school.Board certification in Otolaryngology (ENT) and fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgery.Valid medical license to practice in the state of Texas.Proven experience performing complex head and neck surgical procedures.Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to providing compassionate care and achieving optimal patient outcomes.Dedication to continuing medical education and professional development.Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career advancement and leadership rolesSupportive work environment with state-of-the-art facilities and equipmentContinuing education and professional development opportunitiesComprehensive health and wellness benefits
