This is a hands-on role for someone entrepreneurial, driven, and eager to see their products come to life. You'll work with a team that values speed, quality, and technical rigor.You'll leverage your Mobile DevOps expertise to design, deploy, and operate robust mobile architecture, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborating closely with vendors and internal development teams, you'll contribute to delivering cutting-edge digital health solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.Your ImpactIn this role, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to empowering those living with diabetes, helping them live life on their own terms. Your work will directly contribute to a mission that focuses on innovative solutions designed to improve glucose control and reduce the burden of disease management.What You’ll DoPartner with software engineering and testing teams to enhance development and testing experiences.Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across various environments.Automate application deployments, ensuring seamless integration, staging, and production processes.Contribute to the development of Mobile DevOps strategies, focusing on continuous integration, testing, delivery, and configuration management.Evaluate and optimize existing processes and tools for better performance.Collaborate with remote teams and lead specific tasks with offshore groups.Regularly communicate progress with engineering and business stakeholders.What You’ll NeedA Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.An automation-first mindset.Proficiency in git, git workflows, and branching strategies.Solid understanding of the software development life cycle.Hands-on experience with mobile (iOS and Android) build and release pipelines, Jenkins, and Gitlab CI.Scripting skills in Python, Groovy, Ruby, or Bash.Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Familiarity with Docker, Agile development frameworks, and performance monitoring tools.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Why Join Us?This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger.
