Boston, MAOperations at Topline ProWe are a technical operations team, working closely with all teams at Topline Pro (Sales, Customer Success/Support, Product, and Engineering) to identify problems and quickly develop tools and/or processes to address them. We use process automation and low-code development tools such as Retool and Zapier regularly.While no previous technical experience is required for this role, you should be excited about the prospect of becoming proficient in Excel, SQL, some light Python & Javascript, APIs, etc.What you'll doEstablish, execute, and refine operational processes to enhance internal team efficiency, enabling Topline Pro teams to serve our customers efficiently and effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement; gather operational and technical requirements to inform potential solutions.Develop tools (e.g. internal applications, automated workflows) that solve key business problems.Analyze data and present insights to leadership, assisting in data-driven decision-making.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of operational enhancements.Proactively identify challenges and bottlenecks, conduct tests to validate hypotheses, and recommend strategies for optimization.What we're looking for1+ year(s) experience in business operations, consulting, sales, customer success, or a technical role with passion for getting things done (a bonus if for SaaS company or to SMBs).Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.Passion for solving problems; you’re always looking for better, more efficient ways of doing things.Advanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through a high volume of relationships/initiatives at the same time.Desire to work with or experience working with small teams in an agile, startup environment.Who you areTeam player with a passion for learning.Self-starter who finds comfort in ambiguity.Goofball who loves having fun.Eager to learn and grow in operations and tech!What we offerCompetitive cash compensation + equity package.Full Medical, Dental and Vision Health Coverage.Computer and workspace enhancements.Monthly stipend for mental and physical health.401(k) plan (non-matching).Unlimited vacation, 7 company holidays including election day, and 1 personal volunteer day a year.Opportunity to take on significant responsibility and ownership in scaling a product that is changing the lives of home service pros.Fun-filled team of people who don't take themselves too seriously, including virtual cameos from the team dog mascots Caro and Alta.$70,000 - $90,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
