BlueVoyant is looking for a Client Success Manager to support our clients’ Supply Chain Defense experience. You will be part of a fast-paced team with a mission to drive client engagement and advocate for the overall client experience with key stakeholders from BlueVoyant.
Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of client relationships and the individual client journeys from onboarding into steady stateServe as the operational interface among various BlueVoyant operations teams to:
Ensure consistent quality of service deliverySteward client issues from identification through resolutionFacilitate feedback to advocate for capability improvements on behalf of our clients in partnership with our Product Management teamDeliver evidence of ongoing performance improvements in partnership with our SCD delivery partnersCreate and execute service improvement plans as appropriate
Manage the client experience to achieve a likelihood to recommend rating with our clientsDrive successful service renewals through high client satisfactionEngage clients to participate in case studies and other marketing eventsIdentify and position cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in partnership with SalesServe as a strategic advisor with guidance on cybersecurity best practices and industry trendsUtilize monthly and quarterly business review cadence to ensure intentional and consistent communicationContribute to Client Success team continuous improvement effortsRequired Competencies
3-5 years of cyber security experience, preferably with a background in vendor-risk management, GRC, or third-party riskExperience working with investment firms and/or private equity firmsExcellent teaming skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem solving and conflict management abilitiesStrong attention to detailAble to prioritize a highly varied tasks in order to meet commitmentsKnowledge of and experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems and SIEM softwareAdvanced knowledge of cyber security business products, industry trends, and best practicesAbility to understand client business drivers and risk tolerance and apply industry trendsUnderstanding of BlueVoyant differentiators and ability to communicate our valueAbility to thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environmentWillingness to be available and responsive to clients’ needs as requiredAbout BlueVoyant
