The candidate must have patent prosecution experience, strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. At least an M.S. or M.Eng. in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience, is preferred. Experience with cellular networking technologies is strongly preferred. A successful candidate who is not a registered patent agent will be expected to take and to pass the USPTO registration exam.
