Job DescriptionAs the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations.

Annual Salary: $40,000 to $45,000

3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experienceAbility to manage multiple projects at onceAbility to communicate effectively in speech and writingStrong drive for resultsSense of urgencyAble to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to lead an operations team for a specific clientAbility to analyze issues and create solutions
