This role will oversee all aspects of the online sales and customer experience, leading a team and collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives.ResponsibilitiesStrategy and PlanningDevelop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase online sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.Set clear goals and performance metrics for the e-commerce platform and monitor progress regularly.Platform ManagementOversee the design, functionality, and performance of the company's e-commerce website.Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience, including navigation, product presentation, and checkout processes.Team LeadershipLead and manage the e-commerce team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Inspire and motivate the team to achieve individual and collective goals.Digital Marketing and PromotionPlan and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand visibility online.Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs.Product ManagementWork closely with the product team to ensure accurate and compelling product listings and descriptions.Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive product assortment and merchandising decisions.Customer ExperienceEnsure excellent customer service throughout the online shopping journey.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.Analytics and ReportingAnalyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports for senior management on e-commerce performance and recommend strategic actions.Partnerships and IntegrationsIdentify and establish partnerships with third-party platforms, marketplaces, and service providers to expand the online reach.Manage integrations with payment gateways, logistics providers, and other relevant systems.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of driving significant growth in an e-commerce business.Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce technologies.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.Excellent English and Mandarin writing and speaking skills preferred.BenefitsMedical InsuranceRetirement PlanPaid Time-OffOpportunities for professional development and career advancementWe are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity of thought and background builds stronger teams.
