Graphic DesignerAs our Graphic Designer, you will provide graphic design support to the Director of Marketing Communications for CWFC Corporate. In addition, the position assists in developing/coordinating professional visual presentations that communicate information with simplicity and accuracy; and provides graphic design support and coordination for internal and external marketing communications.

Your Challenge:

Develop and design the aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork, component design, marketing materials, and packaging to enhance product image.

Collaborate with project teams to plan, analyze, organize, and execute assigned projects.

Assess the effectiveness of product imagery and presentation needs.

Manage relationships with external sources relating to design issues.

Oversee and supervise production processes for all jobs going to finished art, ensuring quality control, including proofing and review prior to releasing files for production.

Serve on the Brand council and review all CWFC communications materials to ensure consistency of branding.

What You Bring:

Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and professional-level design skills in PowerPoint; motion graphics experience is a plus.

Ability to meticulously follow detailed directions and adhere to design templates in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using project management tools like Wrike.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Professional demeanor and executive presence, capable of working directly with company leaders on high-visibility presentations.
