Summary:The Manager, Contract Administration is highly organized and detail-oriented with expertise in effective communication and contract management.Manager provides contract administration support, as well as assists with drafting, issuing correspondence, communicating with licensees, and clearing assets, as requested by the VP, on behalf of the Business & Legal Affairs and Business Operations teams. Candidate must be adept at decision-making and must be a solution-oriented manager. Candidate is expected to easily collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment and understand how to prioritize assignments with minimal direct supervision.This position reports to the Vice President, Contract Management & Clearances for Universal Products & Experiences – Business & Legal Affairs and Contract Operations team.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Responsibilities include:Tracks and follows contracts from approval to execution, updates system status as applicable, and maintains workflow throughout the drafting and signing processKeeps the revenue stream moving along as contracts come back signedIssues NDAs, customs letters and correspondence to internal and external partiesReviews creative materials and identifies clearance issuesReviews product submissions and identifies issuesPrepares third party approvals for new dealsAttends weekly status meetings re: open contracts and speaks knowledgably re: status and any open issuesIdentifies priority deals, partners and issues, and handles them as suchCirculates DocuSign Envelopes for attorneysMaintains proper recordkeeping and filing system for all contractsWorks closely with department coordinator and delegates as appropriateCommunicates and collaborates with counterparts in London officeAssists other department members as necessary, including with drafting, correspondence and other matters as ariseCompletes ad hoc projects as assigned by VPRequirements for role:At least five (5) years of contract administration experienceBachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferredOwns the role as a manager, is proactive and comes with solutionsMastery in written and verbal communication and listening skills with all levels of executive, management, staff and clientsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelDynamic, proactive self-starter who initiates improvements to processes and requires minimal supervisionCommunicates with all teams effectively and is seen as a source of information by the teamsHighly detail oriented and understands the importance of providing accurate informationTeam player with a willingness to give assistance to co-workers in other areasAdditional Information
