Senior QA Analyst

If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:Significant experience as a QA Analyst (typically more than 5 years)Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)Experience in creating and executing test plans and scripts for web applicationsFamiliarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelinesDemonstrated advocacy for the growth of quality standards in software developmentProven track record of identifying risks in software and defending user experienceDesire to promote the growth of QA skills across the department and specifically in junior QA employeesWHAT YOU’LL DO:Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for our applicationsOversee all software validation functions (testing, review, release) performed by the teamEnsure that all team input (models, requirements, designs) and output (features,releases) work to meet and exceed customer and stakeholder expectationsCollaborate with the development team to understand features and technical implementationsGrow the practice of high-quality behaviors in your team and other QA employees through teaching, coaching, improving efficiency, and promoting changeBENEFITS & PERKS:Part of our mission statement is to provide a great life for our employees.
