Job Overview:

As a Territory Sales Manager at Cardiac RMS by DocGo, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare providers in your assigned territory to achieve our mission of maximizing clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, staff efficiencies, and the financial performance of healthcare practices. Through your consultative selling approach and in-depth knowledge of our solutions, you will help healthcare providers reduce emergency department visits and hospitalizations for patients with chronic conditions. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the efficiencies of their staff and the overall success of their practice.

Responsibilities:

Territory Management: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively manage your assigned territory, including identifying key target accounts, developing relationships, and generating new business opportunities.Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of healthcare providers in your territory and position Cardiac RMS by DocGo solutions as the ideal choice to maximize clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within healthcare practices, including physicians, administrators, and other relevant personnel.Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Cardiac RMS by DocGo products, services, and solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to healthcare providers.Demonstrate clinical acumen by exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of the products that Cardiac RMS by DocGo services and their associated disease states.Products include but are not limited to, Pacemakers, Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators, Implantable Loop Recorders, CardioMems, and Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM) equipment.Develop expertise in chronic conditions related to Cardiology, Nephrology, Pain Management, Diabetes, Heart Failure, and other chronic conditions that can be managed with RPM.Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling and informative presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Cardiac RMS by DocGo solutions tailored to the needs of each healthcare practice.Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, forecasting, and closing deals, using CRM tools and sales methodologies.Market Research and Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, Operations, and the Clinical Care Team, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals.Training and Education: Continuously enhance your knowledge of industry trends, medical technologies, and Cardiac RMS by DocGo solutions through training programs and self-study, enabling you to effectively position our offerings to healthcare providers.Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight stays as required.Qualifications:

Demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in complex sales environments, preferably within the medical services or healthcare industry.Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach and the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare providers.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a territory effectively.Manage a team of 1099 Contract Employees, subject to your supervisor's approval.Knowledge of cardiac care, medical devices, or related healthcare fields is preferred.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Must be located near major airport within assigned territory.
