About the Position:Cologix is looking for an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to drive our ABM strategy and implement campaigns and tactics. This role will advance existing opportunities as well as generate new opportunities within targeted accounts. This person will play a major role in enhancing awareness, driving engagement and acquiring leads/customers within targeted accounts. They will also lead segmentation work to identify future targets. This role will work closely with the Marketing team, Sales representatives and other functions that support revenue generation for Cologix.What you do daily:Develop, implement and optimize our ABM campaigns across North AmericaCreate and implement lead generation and pipeline acceleration programs by planning, organizing, and executing marketing programs for target accountsDevelop creative marketing campaigns by account, use case or industry, as needed, for target accountsInvestigate target market pain pointsMonitor and measure the effectiveness of ABM initiatives. Optimize programs based upon reporting and other dataUnderstand trends and insights. Use this information to optimize leads and the lead lifecycle as well as spend and performanceImprove marketing effectiveness by identifying opportunities through more effective audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processesLead the development of content and messaging to support the pursuit of targeted companiesWork closely with Sales reps on status of targeted accounts, how to accelerate account progress and existing opportunities within targeted accountsDeliver training and tools to our sales team to help them be more efficient and effective, including educating Sales on how to utilize data to improve the efficiency of opportunity pursuit.What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)5+ years experience in B2B tech marketing with functional experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media marketingAt least 3 years of account based marketing experienceExpertise in data center, digital infrastructure or B2B high tech industriesDemonstrable experience leading and managing account based marketing initiatives, including planning and executing campaignsHands-on experience in executing multi-part event and lead generation programsExperience identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage and inform targeted contactsKnowledgeable of content marketing and inbound marketing to generate more qualified leadsSolid knowledge of digital marketing including web, SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising and retargetingFamiliar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growthHands-on experience with Salesforce and leveraging this tool to accelerate leads and opportunitiesWorking knowledge of Google Analytics and HubspotDemonstrated project management experienceAbility to prioritize requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously and according to deadlinesStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in account based marketing and related technologies and platformsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships and collaboration with key internal stakeholdersThrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment in which you work with a variety of people to be successful.
