So, if that sounds fun, and you like ranch, keep reading…Job SummaryThis individual will be responsible for analyzing marketing research to support key organizational objectives domestically. Drives the voice of the customer via concept testing, consumer-facing taste tests, and Multi-Market Testing to improve brand position and performance in the marketplace. Reports to the Manager of Consumer Insights.Your Key Job FunctionsMonitor consumer trends to help guide ideation and key initiatives.Conduct quantitative research to:Measure menu satisfaction.Screen new product ideas.Monitor consumer research studies, partnering with external market research companies and appropriate internal resources.Lead multi-market test feedback, working closely with project and brand managers. Managing timelines, data collection progress, and synthesizing internal, field, and guest feedback.Work in close partnership with brand and beverage managers.What You Bring to the TeamBachelor’s degree in marketing, Marketing Research, Business Administration, or Social Sciences. Advanced degree is a plus.1-3 years of restaurant or retail research; and/or research agency experience.Strong qualitative and quantitative/analytical skills.Excitement to learn new skills, find answers to brand questions, and help Insight team.Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work directly with brand managers, outside suppliers, and present to Marketing Leadership.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong work ethic.Experience with survey programming software a strong plus.Why BrinkerWe offer a competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, paid vacation/holidays, and 401(k) with company match and generous dining discounts.
