Primary Care Practice located in Chicopee, Massachusetts
is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all operational and managerial activities associated with the successful oversight of a high-volume, multi-provider Primary Care practice. The Manager will provide leadership and direction to direct reports and providers, act as a positive role model, coordinate and carry out all administrative functions including general customer service, and provide general administrative support to physicians/providers and staff. Additionally, the Manager will educate staff regarding the Organization's and the Practice's policies and oversee compliance.Evening hours will be occasionally required.REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical practice management; broad knowledge of physician practice management and budget management.
