Job DescriptionAs the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their accounts to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations.

ResponsibilitiesSupervising, coaching, and training Team MembersDevelop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contactPlan and prepare Team Member work schedulesImplement 4M Operational PlaybookMaintain accurate building/facility recordsPromote a safe work environmentThe account Manager would preferably work 9 to 10 hours per day starting work at 9 am. The operation has 40 team members total between shifts 1st and 2ndQualifications
3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experienceAbility to manage multiple projects at onceAbility to communicate effectively in speech and writingStrong drive for resultsSense of urgencyAble to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to lead an operations team for a specific clientAbility to analyze issues and create solutions
