SUMMARY OF POSITION:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Strategic Account Executive with experience selling and delivering Language Training, Language Testing, Translation, and Interpretation services, along with Culture, Diversity & Inclusion solutions. You will be responsible for working with large Fortune 500 accounts and many other large corporations, many with global operations, and proactively reaching out to ensure client requirements are being addressed while continuously hunting and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a history of establishing strategic relationships, bringing on new business, and engaging with the Key Decision Makers to establish long-term strategic partnerships on behalf of Berlitz. The position requires experience in consulting, solution design, and delivery of services.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with Key Decision Makers to establish strategic business partnerships and generate revenue for the North America Corporate and Government Sales TeamCreate and successfully execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve annual business targetsManage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to creating a customized solution along with the revenue-generating opportunity and, ultimately, securing a deal and revenueUtilize industry-leading sales enablement tools aimed at helping with the lead generation and qualification of new prospectsUnearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term strategic partnershipsDevelop customized lead-generation output and cadence aimed at identifying new prospective clients and qualifying these leads via in-person andPresent products to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value proposition for the entire Berlitz portfolio of service offerings.Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs, develop and present the customized solutionsNegotiate agreements and determine resources required to deliver the optimal solution to Berlitz customers.Manage the RFP process from the initial review to the proposal submission stageQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Proven experience as a Business Development Executive and Strategic Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding assigned revenue quotasIn-Depth Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principlesIn-Depth Knowledge of Language Training, Language Testing, and other Language Solutions (Translation and Interpretation) within the global marketplace, with a focus on North AmericaIn-Depth Knowledge of Culture, Diversity & Inclusion in the global marketplace.In-Depth Knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office Suite, ZoomInfo, GovSpend, and other Sales Enablement Tools (HubSpot, Engage, Chorus, Gong, etc.)Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationshipsStrong organizational and time-management skillsA strong business acumenEnthusiastic and passionate about making a positive impact on the team’s overall successCollege Degree in business administration, sales, or marketing is preferred but not required.SALARY:
