We continue to work towards creating a workforce that represents the diversity of our clients and our communities.Job missionThe Fragrance & Accessories Ambassador of the Maison achieves and exceeds fragrance and accessory sales targets as directed by management, and elevates each guest’s personal Cartier journey through an emotional experience. The Fragrance & Accessories Ambassador motivates the boutique team in achieving sales ambitions, supports daily operations of the boutique, and collaborates with corporate team members to roll out initiatives.Main accountabilities/objectives of the positionCreate exceptional client experiences resulting in strong fragrance & accessories salesSupport the boutique to achieve and/or exceed monthly fragrance and accessories sales targets.Ensure that each client and visitor receives an exceptional welcoming experience, leveraging any waiting period (before or after the appointment) to subtly introduce fragrance and accessories as an emotional component of the Cartier universe and a perfect gifting option.Process fragrance and/or accessory sales for Sales Associates, if needed.Expertly uncover clients’ needs and expectations about fragrance and accessories (for self-purchases and gifts), while handling objections or pushback with ease.Develop and grow fragrance and accessories clientelePartner with Sales Associates during client appointments to encourage and present cross-category selling opportunities.Build a client base with new clients for fragrance and accessories categories.Identify clients with interest and potential to grow into other categories, and direct them to a trusted Sales Associate to continue their Cartier journey.Act as an Ambassador for the fragrance and accessories categories in the boutiqueRaise awareness, product knowledge, and passion for fragrance and accessories across the entire boutique team by hosting weekly training briefs during morning meetings.Maintain 100% participation in trainings provided by Marketing and L&D teams and convey key insights within the boutique.Support execution of all fragrance and accessories initiatives (such as new furniture installation, events, new launch introductions, sampling, etc.) in partnership with boutique management and corporate stakeholders.Encourage inclusion of fragrance samples with every boutique sale.Track boutique Accessories/Fragrance sales on a weekly basis and motivate the team to reach category ambitions.Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and Boutique.Assist with daily set-up, merchandising, and breakdown of the boutique.Ensure sufficient product stock levels and organize back-stock for accessories and fragrance products.Ensure range and novelties product is properly displayed in partnership with the VM team.Listen to and implement Boutique Manager/team members’ feedback.Collaboration with corporate teams and Ambassador communityShare relevant client and team feedback with fragrance and accessories corporate teams suggesting actions for improvement.Engage in virtual meetings with network-wide Ambassador Community and corporate teams.JOB PROFILE2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.General knowledge of perfume and accessories categories.PERSONAL SKILLS / ABILITIES:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent sales skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task with precision.Self-starter with a team-player approach.Structured and vigorous in follow-up.Entrepreneurial attitude: meet challenges with resourcefulness and proactively generate suggestions and innovative approaches to new ideas.Hourly rate-basedPlease note, salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.This position is payrolled through a third party.Richemont owns several of the world's leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with particular strengths in jewellery, watches, and writing instruments.
