This role offers the stability and satisfaction that comes with being part of a globally respected financial institution.Job DescriptionResponsibilities/Job Duties: Manage the flow of operations and optimize procedures to ensure quality standards Manage and oversee all cash settlements across listed securities and related listed derivatives Implement and maintain new processes and procedures  Frequently track operational performance and compile into meaningful data Maintain books and records of trade positions Train employees on new software and ensure all regulations are being followed Implement quality control and audit functions to reduce or avoid errors Maintain policy and procedure documents Send, receive, and reconcile incoming and outgoing money processes Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred Experience in operations MUST have listed derivatives and settlement experience Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Proven ability to work independently as well as with a team Ability to meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Strong customer service skills and awareness Ability to build and implement new systems and processes
