Personal Lines Account Executive - Multi Carrier Independent Agency - Base Salary to 80k/year - Chicago, ILOur client, a newly established insurance agency with ties to the real estate market, has a current need for a Personal Lines Account Executive to join their Chicago-based team. Our client provides the opportunity to join an agency from the ground floor and build a business with room for growth and leadership opportunities.ResponsibilitiesFollow up on company provided leads and promote Personal Line products such as homeowners, vehicle, and umbrella policies.Cross sell of products to ensure customers have full rounded coverage.Provide customer service to existing customers with renewals, policy updates and changes, answering general questions, and billing inquires.Qualifications5+ years of Account Executive or Producer experience with personal lines. Additional knowledge of commercial lines a huge plus.Property & Casualty (P&C) LicensedAbility to work in an office in Chicago. Possible hybrid schedule once established.Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to follow up on company provided leads.CompensationBase salary to 80k/year, plus commission.Medical, Dental, Vision, 401kPotential equity shares in agency after period.
