The General Manager is responsible for leading our team at the Paper Mill Pub at Truist Filed, Home of the Charlotte Knights - ensuring high standards of the guest experience, safety, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced food and beverage leader. A great coach who can get the best out of people and continually drive operational performance and execution.Detailed ResponsibilitiesProactively coaching and motivating team members to deliver their bestIdentifying opportunities and driving continual improvement in our location operationsBuilding a strong partnership with locations partnersWorking with regional and Home Office leadership to drive innovation and best practices at the locationDelivering against our financial goals and budgetsCoaching the operations teamRepresenting Professional Sports Catering and our business objectives at partner meetings, networking and building relationships with key partners and vendorsOverseeing and ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation in all activities across the locationReviewing financial reports and developing action plans to best achieve business goalsLeading the continual development of the location's food story and guest experienceCompleting team member performance reviews including career development planning and compensation reviewsDetailed Responsibilities Cont'dResponding to emails, phone calls and any associated administrative work corresponding with role responsibilitiesInterviewing applicants interested in roles requiring hiring consideration and approvalCollaborating with culinary leadership and partners to drive menu development and associated operational enhancementsCoaching team members for optimal performance and engagementConducting manager meetings to engage, inform and build alignmentConducting building safety walks so our locations maintain an outstanding level of safety and cleanlinessCompleting corrective action, where necessary, to hold team members accountable and improve future performanceClosing/Signoff Payroll on a bi-weekly basis for team membersEnsuring all financial reporting is completed in a timely and accurate mannerLeading continual operational improvement planningPlanning budget and P&L management to support optimal financial achievementOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsJob Requirements5+ leadership experience in Hospitality or RetailBachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is preferredHigh level of computer literacyUnderstanding of financial conceptsPassion for hospitality, food, and retailExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsCurious about Life at Levy?
