We are seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills and organizational skills.
Qualifications and Skills:At least 5 years of HR experience in an international company;Fluent in English;Hands-on experience with pre- and onboarding and adaptation of new employees;Ability to interact with managers and employees from different departments;Experience in conducting complex dismissals independently;Attention to detail, responsibility, and sense of humor.
Key Responsibilities:Pre-onboarding and onboarding, employee adaptation;Manage all employee absences in Jira (holidays, sick leave, time off);Liaise with migration services of various countries on visa issues for employees;Interacting with employees on various issues and problems, resolving them;Coordinate re-registration of employees from one legal entity to another when changing location;Daily reporting.
