As our L&D champion, you'll craft an immersive 2-week onboarding experience that turns newcomers into high-performers, lead monthly innovation workshops that keep our processes razor-sharp, and harness the power of new LMS technology to build a knowledge ecosystem that empowers every team member. What we needWe need you to do all the things typical to the role:

Design, manage, and deliver a comprehensive 2-week training program for new employees

Continuously update and improve the onboarding process based on results from operational, QA, and customer feedback programs.

Develop and motivate claims employees to achieve their highest potential, and act as a mentor during the training process.

Develop and conduct monthly process improvement trainings

Create and implement continuous education programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis

Maintain and update the organization's knowledge database system or LMS

Implement best practices for knowledge sharing, updating, and uniformity

Develop and standardize email templates, documents, and other internal materials

Ensure consistency in company-wide external customer communications

Create and maintain style guides for various types of documents

Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement

Report on training outcomes and ROI to leadership

Stay current with learning technologies and implement innovative solutions

Manage learning management systems and other relevant software

Liaison with claims staff to support internal project management needs, i.e. (system

enhancements, process revisions, best practice documents, etc.)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field

5+ years of experience in learning and development roles

Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs in an insurance claims or related field

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and think on your feet in dynamic environments

Track record of rapid personal and professional growth, with examples of acquiring new skills or knowledge in short timeframes

Experience breaking down complex, large-scale problems into manageable components and implementing solutions incrementally

Proven agility in learning and applying new technologies or methodologies to improve learning and development processes

History of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Evidence of continuous self-improvement and a growth mindset, such as pursuing relevant certifications or staying current with industry trends
