In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of complex and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. You will develop personalized treatment plans, provide preventative care, and offer guidance on lifestyle modifications to improve patient health. Collaboration with specialists and other healthcare providers is key to ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care. Your ability to build long-term relationships with patients, educate them about their conditions, and stay updated on the latest medical advancements will be essential in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
