We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love.The Opportunity:The Healthcare Compliance Monitoring Regional Lead is responsible for managing and developing a team of compliance professionals. This role involves setting goals, conducting regular performance evaluations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include coaching team members, arranging necessary training, and ensuring new hires receive comprehensive process training.The Regional Lead also coordinates daily operations, generating performance reports for the RSS management team. Additionally, they support the team during project deployments by overseeing implementation, addressing concerns with higher management, and providing status updates. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities:Operations Management:

Coordinate compliance tasks, manage change, perform quality checks, review service quality, support team with ad hoc tasks, and manage resources.

Team Management:

Recruit and onboard new members, evaluate performance, provide feedback, coach and develop the team, track training, resolve conflicts, and hold regular meetings.

Collaboration:

Work with RSS leaders, support other teams, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Stakeholder Management:

Monitor partner satisfaction, handle escalations, conduct operational reviews, and improve customer satisfaction.

Project Management:

Implement process changes, support improvements, participate in projects, and handle ad hoc tasks.

Who You Are:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Business Law5+ years of experience in relevant field (finance, internal audit or compliance)Fluency in English & SpanishStrong people managing skills, exceptional problem solving skillsStrong compliance mindset with good decision-making skillsGood change management and administrative skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGrowth mindset and customer focusAbility to work independently and proactivelyExperience in international & intercultural collaboration is a plusSAP knowledge is a plusRelocation benefits are not available for this job posting.Who we are
