SITE DIRECTOR II: Before and After School Program Site Director
Full Time Hiring Bonus of $100/month paid for each month worked during the school year (August 2024 - June 2025). Must work AM and PM shifts; Monday-Friday to qualify for this bonus.
Part Time Hiring Bonus of $50/month paid for each month worked during the school year (August 2024 - June 2025).
MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW TO APPLY FOR THIS JOB. NO WAIVERS OR EXCEPTIONS.
Here's what you'll need:
Must have a minimum of a CDA
OR 12 credit hours dedicated towards Early Childhood out of 48 credit hours
OR A Degree in a field related to Early Childhood or Medicine
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards

Locations: Prince William County Elementary Schools in Woodbridge, Haymarket, Gainesville, Nokesville, Bristow, and Manassas.
Schedule: Before School hours are roughly 6:00-9:00 AM and After School hours are roughly 3:00-6:30 PM.
Pay & Benefits:
$21.00/hour

As an AlphaBEST
Captain , you'll be trained to do the following:
Lead a fun and dedicated team of
Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants
that deliver excitement to our student
Explorers
in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
