Key Responsibilities:
Review and prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and non-profit entities.
Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations.
Engage with and advocate for clients during audits and inquiries by the IRS and other regulatory bodies on behalf of individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profits.
Lead the implementation of a paperless work environment, including a document management system, workflow processes, client database, and portal.
Deliver consulting services such as budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and capital budgeting.
Develop, implement, oversee, and provide training for internal policies and procedures.
Supervise the workflow of the company and the administrative staff.
