.At MedTech Interventional (CSS), we are the global leader in delivering innovative solutions in electrophysiology. Moreover, we support surgical innovation in treating patients with stroke care solutions as stroke remains the leading cause of death globally. This business unit supports care for millions of patients worldwide and this role is critical for technology integration of our fastest growing global business unit in MedTech. We will build new surgical insights, drive supply chain innovation, leverage cloud infrastructure, integrate cyber security, collaborate with hospital EMRs, and elevate our patient pathway franchise digital solutions.Key Responsibilities



Leverage cross sector and external digital capabilities to build customer, patient, and hospital solutions (i.e. Cyber, PAAS, SAAS,

telepresence, AI, Metaverse, IOMT).·

Measure digital maturity, TCO and tech debt for business solutions and capabilities.·

Collaborate with external partners and peers to facilitate end-to-end digitization and business process capabilities.·

Demonstrate solid understanding of competitive & industry landscape for technology \ business innovation.·

Maintain solid understanding of business \ sector financial health, with support for LRFP and financial performance.·

Coordinate with global capability teams and regional leadership for end-to-end solution delivery for sector, franchise, region(s).·

Serve as the ultimate product owner for critical technology solutions & operating model for business unit.·

Oversight and management Business IT portfolio and operations IT costs on behalf of business unit.·

Demonstrate understanding and representation of Business\ Franchise strategy and Business plan.·

Drive talent and resource strategies for organizational maturity & growth.·

Effectively measure and drive value creation of technology investments and priorities.·

Oversee technology spend and create guardrails for cost efficiencies.·

Identify critical internal and external interactions required to support global franchise.·

Address and implement strategies for Credo, employee experience, organizational health for business and IT.Qualifications·

Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in a technology related field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.Master's level degree is preferred.·

A minimum of ten years of leadership experience is required, preferably within technology, digital healthcare, large-scale systems, platform delivery, or engineering and architecture domains.·

Advanced product management and delivery expertise in Digital Health, Digital Medical Devices, Software Engineering, software design principles, EMR and PACs Integration and current Cloud capabilities is preferred.·

Success in driving architecture and execution of complex solutions and platforms.·

Hospital and/or Digital Health technology experience is strongly desired, along with Healthcare and Medical Device industry knowledge & experience.·

Strong Credo leadership and social intelligence skills to develop high performing teams and engage with senior leadership teams.·

Growth and global approach, with exposure to different cultures and markets.·

Ability to work and lead in a large and complex environment, maintaining focus on critical metrics for business and information technology.·

Demonstrated ability to influence and lead multiple internal and external partners.·

Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with advanced analytical, technical and financial skills and business acumen.·

Track record of developing others and ensuring robust bench of talent.·

Up to 20% domestic and international travel will be required.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
