Responsibilities:
Market Research and AnalysisConduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs within the broker and financial services sector.Identify opportunities and gaps in the copy-trading product familyProduct Strategy and RoadmapDefine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IB Module Solution.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements based on business impact and client feedback.Requirements GatheringWork closely with clients, sales teams, and customer support to gather and prioritize product requirements.Translate customer needs into clear and detailed product specifications.Product Development and ExecutionPartner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements.Monitor and manage the development process, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.Client EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively seeking their input and feedback.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations related to the IB Module Solution.Product PerformanceDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of the IB Module Solution.Continuously analyze data and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.Training and DocumentationCreate training materials and documentation to support clients in utilizing the B2Copy product effectively.Assist in conducting training sessions for clients and internal teams as neededObligatory :
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering and scaling financial software solutions.Deep understanding of the brokerage and financial services industry, with a focus on Referral Systems (preferably with a background in particular referral brokers with MT or cTrader).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.Perks and Benefits:Reliability, guaranteed bonuses (13th salary for those who have worked а year +)Development: Gaining valuable experience in a team of professionals in a company that leads the industry.
