Position SummaryIn this role on the Fulfillment Automation team, you will be at the leading edge of technology, developing automation solutions that will give Walmart a competitive edge. This is an onsite role based in Bentonville, Arkansas; a full relocation package is available, but we are not considering remote candidates at this time.What you’ll do…Bring a Visionary Mindset:

Influence across large cross functional teams, ensuring common prioritization and goals for key initiatives.Strategy:
Identify, scope, and develop plans and new capabilities to use across the Network. Develop and integrate network wide technology building blocks for projects.Vendor Management:
You will develop solutions with our suppliers and hold them accountable to achieving KPIs and program goals to meet the timeline and budget of each initiative.Continuous Improvements:
You will develop methods for system improvements, establishing process controls, and leading change management for automation.Engineering Economics:
You will advise on a variety of financial tools, techniques, and approaches and help build business cases.Standards:
You will benchmark across the industry to include best practices and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, establish and maintain system development standards.Sustainability:
